Early application
The extruder originated in the 18th century, when JosehBramah of England made the manual piston extruder that was manufactured in 1795 to make seamless plumbing and was considered the world's first extruder.
Since then, in the first 50 years of the 19th century, extruders were primarily used for the manufacture, macaroni and other food processing, brick, and ceramics industries of lead tubes.
Widely used in the
In the course of the development of a manufacturing method, the first documented patent for the use of the extruder to produce the fixed wave glue line, which was applied in 1845.
The firm's H.B ewlgy then refined the extruder and used it in 1851 to cover the copper wire of the first undersea cable between Dover and Calais.
Over the next 25 years, the extrude method 13 was important and gradually replaced the manual extruder with an electric extruder.
Early mechanical manipulation of plunger extruder produced hundreds of thousands of kilometers of insulated wire and cable, to firmly establish the extrusion method used in the production of the status of the cable.
The extruders of early production cables are all plunger, whether manual, mechanical or hydraulic.
In this process, press the heat of the gutta-percha plunger into the copper wires on to the mouth mould, gutta-percha out from the mouth mould, thus coated in the insulating layer is formed on copper wires.
