    Temperature control is an important process control in the process of plastic extruder, and the quality of the product is directly affected by temperature control.

    Heater heating (outer heat) : the current plastic extruder USES electric heating, clean, effective, easy to control heating.

    Is the electric heater (there a resistance wire) packaging on the barrel, through electric heating, because of the heat conduction, convection and radiation, the function of heating and the molten material.

    The heater mica heaters, now in general ceramic heater, cast aluminum heater, cast copper heater, cast iron heater, etc., the effect of all kinds of heater has some differences, mica heater lower cost, easy processing, use fixed number of year is shorter;

    Ceramic heater, cast iron heater power is larger, warming faster, can rise to more than 300 ℃ or higher, life is relatively short, longer than mica heaters.

    Cast aluminum heater and cast copper heater because of high thermal efficiency, good insulation performance, long life and most commonly used.

    Shear friction heat in the process of plastic extruder extrusion (internal) : in the process of extrusion, plastic particles shape due to strong the heat generated by the extrusion pressure and deformation, plastic particles and between particles and between the barrel and screw heat due to friction.

    Temperature in the heating process of inertia, in the process of heating up, no matter what kind of heating mode, stop heating, because the temperature rise of inertia, the temperature will continue to rise, at this moment need to watch the control parameters of temperature control instrument, precision, etc.

    Shear friction heat in the process of plastic extrusion (internal), internal heat generated by the processing temperature rising, destroy the characteristics of the material, cause material become waste.
